Heather and Rebecca started this journey by helping those who have difficulty keeping up with their home payments and upkeep and are at risk of losing everything. Many Americans face this issue. We want to help these individuals receive cash in their pockets so they can start again.
The fear of losing one's home, coupled with the uncertainty of what comes next, is an overwhelming struggle. That's why we offer comprehensive support to homeowners, ensuring they don't have to face this battle alone.
Our love of design and architecture led us to transform these homes that could not be updated or maintained, and homes can have a new life, too.
Our Process
If your home is about to go into foreclosure, about to be auctioned, or you can no longer afford the payments, Call us first. We will come to you and assess your home for what the renovations would cost and how much it is worth. If both parties agree, we will sign a contract on site. We will take it to the Title Company, and the homeowner will receive payment within 7-45 days of the contract date. Homeowners then will move out of their home and begin a new start with cash in their pockets.
